How do I get started?
To begin your training, call us at (404) 649-5135. We will register you as a student, place you with a coach and schedule your weekly lessons.
What is the best way to contact you?
We prefer to sign students over the phone. However, if you live internationally, not to worry! You can email us at email@example.com and we can get you started that way. If you are local or national, you can reach us by calling (404) 649-5135 or you may also email us from our website by clicking here. When emailing us, be sure to leave a contact number.
How much are lessons?

What should I bring to my lessons?
Always come prepared with room temperature water, a recording device (your phone is fine), and your material memorized. If you are a first time student, coming prepared with a song, monologue, sides, or piece to play is definitely a plus!
How often are lessons?
Lessons are once a week for most students. You are welcome take lessons multiple times a week if you like, but once per week is the minimum.
Do you record each lesson?
Yes. We believe there is great value in recording you lessons. You’ll have it to refer to later and it’s a great way to practice specific techniques given by your coach.
How often can I take lessons?
Most students take once a week. However, there are others who opt to take multiple times a week in multiple art areas. You may take up to 6 times per week if you desire.
What is your payment policy?
After you registering with us, we ask that you provide a debit or credit card number and we invoice students on the first of every month. Cardholders are emailed a receipt for payment each month.
How do I know which instructor is best for me?
We will recommend a coach for you however, we ask that you read each coaches bio and listen to their music. Our coaches are trained in all genres of music so it’s really about who you feel you will connect with best.
Can you help me find an agent?
Yes. We’ve assisted several students with agency placement. However, We can not guarantee that each student will be signed.
Do you offer students the opportunity to showcase their talent?
Yes. We offer 3 showcase performance opportunities per year, where students have the opportunity to apply what they have learned on a mainstage fully equipped with sound, lighting and a production team. This a great way to work out any performance jitters and build your confidence and professionalism.
I’m interested in taking lessons online. How does that work?
Taking lessons via Skype, Facteime or Zoom is revolutionizing the student/coach experience. Not only are these applications free to download and set up, it enables you to take your lessons from the comfort of your own home ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD! We have national and international students who take advantage of this option on a daily basis as well as local students who simply don’t want to fight traffic to get to us in person. As long as you have a quality internet connection, the quality of the lesson is the same!
Do you offer standard discounts for new students?
Yes. We run several promotions each year for new students however, we always offer a 10% discount for families interested in registering more than one child.
Are you a manager, publishing company or record label?
We are not. However, we can help you sharpen your skills and develop you as an artist so you can become appealing to those establishments.
Do I have to sign an annual contract to take lessons?
Absolutely not. We want to earn your business. Our program is structured on a month-to-month basis. We believe our coaches offer the best training at a fair price so there’s no need to lock anyone into a long-term contract.
Can I pay as I go?
We have 2 options for students wishing to study at TSS. The first option is called an “enrolled student”. This option will guarantee you a weekly day and time in your coaches schedule that cannot be booked over by anyone else, it’s your exclusive spot. Students enrolled in this option will be billed on a reoccurring basis on the first of each month. If yo wish to cancel, you may do so by sending written notice by the 15th of the current month and you will no longer be charged. The second option is called a “gift certificate student”. This student is charged slightly more per session but does not get charged on a monthly basis on the 1st. Students enrolled in this option purchase a package of 4 sessions at minimum and are able to take those lessons whenever they would like within the coaches availability.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule lessons. Failure to give proper notice will result in the forfeiture of that lesson with no option to make it up. When coaches are give proper notice, students have 1 month from the date of the missed lesson to make it up.
